Each HealingMind1111 item is made especially for you. Because our products are created on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color selections.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello.healingmind1111@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once we receive the information, we’ll review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to arrange an eligible replacement or refund. In most cases involving a damaged or defective product, you will not need to return the original item.
